Volunteers will be responsible for checking in participants on the Race Day Check-in app by looking up their name or by scanning their QR code that can be found on the participants confirmation email. Once the participant's name is found within the system, you will assign them their race bib by entering it into the app all while making sure they check their personal information for any errors. Please report any edits or errors to the timer or race director.

You will be responsible for pouring water into cups, handing it out to the participants, replenishing empty cups as needed and cleaning up the area once finished. You will be provided with 2 tables, gallon water, cups, gloves, garbage bags, a rake and receptacles. A course official, who follows behind the last participant, will let the water station know their task has been completed.

May need to lift up to 5-gallon jugs of water.

You will be filling up cups of water prior to the race for race participants near the start line. After the race starts this will become the finish water stop. Once the race is completed, please empty any remaining filled cups and clean up any necessary trash.
